What I Believe Marc Randazza was Really up to in the Crystal Cox Scandal

I Believe that Marc Randazza got the call, as he told me from top people in the Porn Industry, and they said "what are you going to do about it" as Marc Randazza told me. And this call was not about what are you going to do to help this woman, this case so that it does not affect the Free Speech, and First Amendment Rights of the porn industry.

This call was to get Marc Randazza to represent me, in my appeal, so that Marc Randazza could negotiate a deal with Obsidian Finance Group and their Attorney and then with me Crystal Cox, Investigative Blogger. A deal that would look good for us all and therefore STOP me from going to Appeal.

See, what if I win the appeal and get the label as "Credible" instead of "Bat Shit Crazy". See then the real issue comes up, see then I would look Credible in my 3 years of promoting Eliot Bernstein and the iViewit Technologies story. And this is the "Real Agenda" this is a 13 Trillion Dollar Video Technology that the Porn Industry has been using for over a decade. Stolen by Proskauer Rose, Kenneth Rubenstein and the gang at MPEG LA and involving many other Law Firms, Individuals and Companies. Part of the iViewit Technology was patented illegally by the MoviLink gang that seems to by lynching me in support of Marc Randazza.

Marc Randazza's offer to represent me back fired, as I did not like the way he treated me and I chose another Lawyer. This has led to an online brawl, with the real prize being the iViewit Technology.

Also Note that Tonkon Torp is connected to Enron whom collapsed mainly to do with deals over the Iviewit Technology. Proskauer Rose Law Firm is connected to all of this, so is Warner Bros., Sony, Foley and Lardner, Greenberg Trauig, Arthur Anderson ( where the Star witness of Obsidian V. Cox Gary of PNW Tax Advisors Portland use to work), and also SGI, Time Warner Inc., Intel Corp, Volvo, Blockbuster, Lockheed Martin, and hundred more are involved in the iViewit Technology Theft. The iViewit Technology is worth 13 Trillion Dollars and all video has used this technology for over a decade, the inventors did not get any rights or profit what so ever. They did get their Volvo bombed, and many other torturous acts upon them.

See if Marc Randazza could stop the Appeal, this saves the Big Porn companies Millions on top of Millions over the use of a technology that the inventors did not get paid for. If Marc Randazza can discredit me now, then WOW is he in good, with the Biggest Tech and Media Companies in the World. Saves them 13 Trillion Dollars, no Exaggeration.

Not sure what this guy is saying, Movilink and iViewit and Stolen Patents, this Story is very real and all I have ever posted is still online, so is the iViewit Story. Let's go down the Rabbit Hole.

This is a quote from one of the Crystal Cox Hate sites, this is regarding iViewit and MovieLink.  And it is flat out lies. 

"Many years ago, I worked on a project called Movielink [wikipedia.org] which was one of the first “download now, watch later” movie services, originally under the auspices of Sony Pictures. We launched a beta site in 2001, and I left to work on other projects.

Ten years later, I was contacted by one of the (ex) Sony Pictures folks, asking for help with a net stalker. All he had was a bunch of threatening emails, one of which had been sent from a standard mail client not Hush or a remailer. The IP was pretty easy, since it pointed to a group of properties (on one big plot) all owned by this Cox woman. (150 Grave Creek Rd, Eureka, MT 59917, 710 Grave Creek Rd, Eureka, MT 59917, 830 Grave Creek Rd Eureka, MT 59917) Once uncovered, she pulled out the stops and registered every possible permutation of my friend’s name with “fuck” preceding or appended to each name. She must have registered fifty domains, and was making ridiculous claims about patent theft, and directly asking my friend for money to “shut down her investigative efforts.”

We got lucky, I guess. In the cleartext email, she directly threatened my friend that she would “ruin him just for fun.” Since she was in court with Obsidian, I wrote an amicus (jailhouse lawyer, remember? B) and promised I would send it to the Court and Obsidian’s counsel the next day if she didn’t transfer every domain with my friends name to him immediately. No threats. We never heard from her again, but every domain was transferred to my friend."

The IP address search is a Hoax, obviously these guys were involved in the IViewit Scandal. I never threatened anyone, and in fact, In 2004 I moved to Oregon, then back to Montana in the Summer of 2005, approx. a year later. I first heard of and wrote on iViewit in 2009 and was not living on Grave Creek Road, but nice try to set me up again. That Never Happened. 

Yes the iViewit Investigation and court cases, criminal complaints, SEC complaints, FBI complaints have been going on for over 10 years. iViewit has been trying to get justice for over 10 years. 

I never gave any domain names to anyone, I may have lost many due to oversite, and financial loss, however the blogs are still proudly up. Those guys really were involved in taking the iViewit Technology as far as the story looks to me.


Remember Folks, iViewit is still fighting in the Courts in every way. And it's worth 13 Trillion Dollars. Follow the Money. 

Also subpoena Godaddy, and the First time I ever registered a Domain Name with the word Fuck in it was with Marc Randazza, as he is noted as the attorney who got "Fuck" into legal briefs.

I never asked his friends for money, and the only one involved in this Patent Technology Scandal that emailed me threats was Douglas Chey of HP, whom was at Sony during the Time the iViewit Technology was stolen. And I did have probably around 100 domain names regarding the iViewit Case, including ProskauerSucks.com, KennethRubenstein.com and many others that I accidentally let expire.

I was interviewed last summer by a London Paper and they asked when I would stop writing on iViewit, and I said when they get justice. No Amount of Money will stop me from standing behind Eliot Bernstein, and the other iViewit Inventors. This dropping the investigation has never happened. I made a living from real estate and selling supplements and my blogs were to give back, to make the world a better place. And to give victims a voice.

I was Pro Se in Obsidian, if there was such a motion, why would I have not seen it, nor have a copy, and a chance of Rebuttal. No such threat or transfer existed and Movilink, iViewit, Sony, and all those connections I have posted on, I still post on Proudly in the name of JUSTICE for IViewit.

Though links Exists more then in google cache, look below, the story will live on. The iViewit Story needs to be exposed.
