Martin Cain left Blogger Crystal Cox threatening Voicemails. And threatened blogger Crystal Cox, me, on the phone that If I talk about him, his patent problems, his cheating me and betraying me and more regarding Martin Cain, that he would send someone for me.

After this Martin Cain lied to the State of Montana to get my Real Estate License taken away, and Martin Cain threatened me with a High Profile Attorney in Maryland, whom later called me and said he was sorry, that he did not know the whole story.

Crystal Cox posted the threatening voicemails from Martin Cain, as "MY" life was in danger, and Martin Cain had the voicemail removed.

Martin Cain has now aligned with Attorney Marc Randazza in order to Silence the iViewit Technology story and to get my blogs regarding Corrupt Attorneys and Exposing the Corruption regarding the iViewit story, shut down.

Martin Cain has give Marc Randazza private emails with me, and Marc Randazza in conspiracy has used this in his WIPO case to steal domain names belonging to Eliot Bernstein and some belonging to Crystal Cox. They are acting in conspiracy to silence the iViewit story and therefore they are acting criminally, interfering in an on going federal investigation.

Eliot Bernstein owns MartinCain.com and has been shut out of his domain name accounts. Now Martin Cain, Godaddy, and Marc Randazza and possibly WIPO will be named in new SEC Complaints, RICO Complaints and Dept. of Justice Complaints regarding iViewit.  As they are now acting in conspiracy.

Marc Randazza has harassed Stephanie DeYoung and posted information she put online during a time when she was not clear, Marc Randazza got this Internet Predator post regarding Crystal Cox Blogger from either Sean Boushie or David Aman, Kevin Padrick.  Stephanie DeYoung, mother of 3, set the record Straight on Marc Randazza's blog and was denied comment. Then Marc Randazza emailed Whistle Blower Stephanie DeYoung to trash talk Investigative Blogger Crystal Cox who had been Exposing the Summit Bankrupty for over 3 years.

Eliot Bernstein Interviewed Stephanie DeYoung after she was Illegally Hospitalized to Silence Stephanie DeYoung, She was later released, only if she agreed to NOT talk to Blogger Crystal Cox ( how is that a Medical Condition?)  Marc Randazza and Martin Cain are working to Silence Blogs and Domain Names connected to iViewit, Eliot Bernstein and to protect Kevin Padrick the Trustee of the Summit Bankruptcy and his Attorney involved in the Summit Bankruptcy David Aman of Tonkon Torp.

I don't expect to WIN, there is no Winning, there is only Exposing Corruption in the hope of helping the Victims of it, if only by a small amount. And hoping to make the world a better place by shining a bit of light in deep dark places where Corruption has been ruining lives for Centuries.

I am held at borders, held separate at airports and all, at that time because I was exposing Rape in Lincoln County Montana and the Cops, the County Attorney who had DNA Evidence, Rape Kits, Proof and FAILED to prosecute over and over in order to protect the Wall of Corruption in Montana.

This is a way of life for me now, my life before I stood up, I will never get back, however they will not get my Spirit, they will not own the Truth, and I will not Lie to Protect their Evil.  I know my Truth, I know my God.

Shellee Hale Lost this Case as many of us know by now, but WHY?

Yet Judges in both cases say that we are not journalists because we are not associated with Big Media. I had many email me on the Shellee Hale story last summer, as the same thing was happening to me. Whereby a Judge said we are not protected as journalists because we are not connected to main stream media.

Thing is, I did not know how related my exposing corruption was to the Porn Industry. I knew that the Porn Kings use the iViewit Technology. However this case, seemingly about Free Speech, really to me is about the FACT that bloggers, "New Media", certainly are "News Media" and they do a better, deeper, more independent job of investigating the story.

Bloggers are passionate about their story and, independent bloggers are not paid for a particular story most of the time. These investigative bloggers simply go after a story because they are passionate about it for some reason or the other. Oftentimes they know someone affected by a certain company, corporations, or judicial authority and they start a blog and dig deep. These anti-corruption, real news bloggers, are who I stand for, as they get constant attacks from all sides for simply bringing you the real story with documents, facts, and proof.

Big Media needs to silence bloggers like me, and Shellee Hale, in order to keep their control over the masses with their version of the "Real News", which is, most often just partial quotes, pieces of videos and no documents to back up the story. They simply call both sides and get a double does of hearsay and they call that the news. And they present the news with an "Agenda". You have always known this, however NOW bloggers threaten this strong foothold of control and power. And Big Media wants to Shut us UP.

I had a vision last night, as yes, laugh or not, but this is intensely spiritual for me. Anyway, I saw the Shellee Hale case brightly lit in my minds eye, and felt strong about looking again as to whom she was exposing and how her Judicial Decision seemed to suppress the real information she was bringing to light.

So today I looked at the story again from the perspective I now have, and there it was. She was exposing the Porn Industry. And where was this case? New Jersey, which is where David Carr of the New York Times is the Reigning Media Scum King.  Just how connected David Carr is to money in the porn industry, I am not sure and plan to investigate this along with my army of investigative bloggers. Thank God, the Great Spirit that I have the Attorney I do have, and that this amazingly important issue to citizen journalists, whistle blowers, whistle bloggers, and anti-corruption bloggers are getting seen in a different light and getting this debate into an arena to decide once and for all, are ANY bloggers Journalists?

Are bloggers journalists unless they get serious and expose corruption where the corrupt could lose millions? Are bloggers journalists except for Crystal Cox and Shellee Hale because they affect the bottom line of big Porn Companies and Major Energy Companies such as Obsidian Finance Group, as well as the corruption in the Judicial System itself?

Bottom line, Traditional Journalists like David Carr of the New York Times, have a lot to lose if Bloggers are legally considered Journalists and have the same rights as Journalists. This is ALL the Reason that Liberty Media Attorney Marc Randazza is attacking Investigative Blogger Crystal Cox with flat out LIES.  The point is to scare me into stopping my appeal in Obsidian V. Cox. What I Believe Marc Randazza was Really up to in the Crystal Cox Scandal

I Believe that Marc Randazza got the call, as he told me from top people in the Porn Industry, and they said "what are you going to do about it" as Marc Randazza told me. And this call was not about what are you going to do to help this woman, this case so that it does not affect the Free Speech, and First Amendment Rights of the porn industry.

This call was to get Marc Randazza to represent me, in my appeal, so that Marc Randazza could negotiate a deal with Obsidian Finance Group and their Attorney and then with me Crystal Cox, Investigative Blogger. A deal that would look good for us all and therefore STOP me from going to Appeal.

See, what if I win the appeal and get the label as "Credible" instead of "Bat Shit Crazy". See then the real issue comes up, see then I would look Credible in my 3 years of promoting Eliot Bernstein and the iViewit Technologies story. And this is the "Real Agenda" this is a 13 Trillion Dollar Video Technology that the Porn Industry has been using for over a decade. Stolen by Proskauer Rose, Kenneth Rubenstein and the gang at MPEG LA and involving many other Law Firms, Individuals and Companies. The iViewit Technology is worth 13 Trillion Dollars and all video has used this technology for over a decade, the inventors did not get any rights or profit what so ever. They did get their Volvo bombed, and many other torturous acts upon them.
