But there are some Facts that you need to Develop to reach the Truth - Todd Kincannon and Marc Randazza are working TOGETHER, not Against each other.

Why is this? Dig Deep in Righthaven LLC v. Wolf in the District of Colorado, where Randazza represented Wolf, Mangano represented Righthaven, Todd Kincannon submitted an Amicus Curiae Brief supporting Wolf - and the EFF submitted an Amicus Brief supporting Wolf as well. Randazza, Kincannon and the EFF, all against Shawn Mangano who is nowhere to be found? The SAME THING happened in Righthaven LLC v. Pahrump Life in Nevada, where Todd Kincannon, The EFF and Randazza Legal Group showed up along with Shawn Mangano and Dale Cendali - a $1000-per-hour lawyer from New York and Kirkland & Ellis LLP - I think to SET RIGHTHAVEN UP. Dig deep Crystal; it's all there - Randazza Legal Group, The EFF, Shawn Mangano and Righthaven's Big Fancy $1000 per hour Lawyer from New York all in one Courtroom in the Pahrump Life case... and then Randazza, Kincannon, the EFF and Mangano again in Wolf. And Justice for All, right?
