Godaddy NEVER Unlocked the Domain Names Marc Randazza Cancelled the Dispute In. Godaddy is in a Serious, Illegal Conflict of Interest with Marc Randazza and this is no where near the first time.

Marc Randazza is a powerful attorney, with amazing connections. But are they legal connections or special privileges?   I received a copy of an email this morning regarding the WIPO domain dispute I am in with Marc Randazza and I find it disturbing.

AGAIN, it seems that Godaddy does what Marc Randazza wants, regardless of rights of domain owners or the legal, proper rules and procedures.

See, Marc Randazza Claims that all parties knew that he cancelled the Domain Dispute against me out of the CZECH Courts, all though that is not true. I did not know and Marc Randazza was simply trying to trick me into NO Wipo Response.  If the Case was cancelled then why did Godaddy NEVER unlock MarcRandazza.com nor the other names in this frivolous dispute. Godaddy simply left it locked so Marc Randazza could reFile with WIPO, but this is not proper procedure, this is NOT Ethical.  Godaddy is Acting in Conspiracy and will now be named in a Dept. of Justice and RICO Complaint.

Godaddy NEVER Unlocked the Domain Names even After Marc Randazza cancelled the Complaint, WHY?

It seems that Godaddy Answers to Marc Randazza, just as in the case of stealing JennferRandazza.com out of the account of the person I gave the name too. I have communications that show the Godaddy insider helped Marc Randazza. Yet he is above the law, rules other have to adhere too.

A few days ago Godaddy Locked my Domain Names, Reverend Crystal Cox Domain Names purchased after I became a "Reverend".  Godadddy locked the names because of a Complaint that Randazza Legal Group sent them, not something that WIPO Sent to them.

Beware folks, Godaddy answers to Marc Randazza and locks your domain names via what Marc Randazza says. The email below from WIPO today proves that Marc Randazza had not yet legally put MarcRandazza.info, MarcRandazza.biz, MarcRandazza.mobi into the dispute, yet Godaddy went ahead and locked the names.
And as you see in the WIPO email below, Marc Randazza did not even pay the additional money to add those names to the complaint. Yet Godaddy, treats Marc Randazza as the all knowing, all authority GOD and simply locks domain names based on whatever he says and NOT on what WIPO says.

Godaddy is in a Serious, Illegal Conflict of Interest with Marc Randazza and this is no where near the first time. Marc Randazza brags about his Godaddy insider, which I will show you in an email coming soon.

So what does Todays Email from WIPO Mean ?  Is WIPO having to tell Randazza Legal Group how to file for WIPO to come for my Domain Names? Is someone at WIPO in a conflict of Interest and aiding and abetting to steal my intellectual property?

Godaddy Locked my Domain Names and they were not even added to the Complaint Properly?  Godaddy has AGAIN Violated My Intellectual Property Rights.

Why Does Marc Randazza have more rights then anyone else?

Here is this Mornings Email from WIPO to Randazza Legal Group and Copied to me by WIPO Officials.
