Godaddy Violated my Intellectual Property Rights. Godaddy Protects and Serves First Amendment, Domain Attorney Marc Randazza and Violates Godaddy Customers Intellectual Property Rights. Bob Parsons, Scott Wagner, Michael Zimmerman, Auguste Goldman, Lane Jarvis, Marianne Curran, Bob Olsen, Barb Rechterman

Godaddy Protects and Serves First Amendment, Domain Attorney Marc Randazza over Godaddy Clients.  Godaddy even seems even go so far as to auction off Clients Domain Names because Marc Randazza tells Godaddy to, and this is NOT Based in Law or Rules of UDRP.

Since 2004, my Companies have done continued business with Godaddy and have recommended Godaddy to anyone I can.  This is alot of Money for Godaddy, and yet Godaddy favors Marc Randazza over my rights. Even though surely Godaddy did not get much business from a man who was to dumb to by a dotcom of his name.  I met Godaddy Muckety Mucks at the Traffic East and West Trade Shows. GoDaddy has Betrayed a Domainer.

See Godaddy stole JennefierRandazza.com for Marc Randazza.  Godaddy locked MarcRandazza.com BEFORE a WIPO complained was filed, and Godaddy NEVER released Marc Randazza.com after the Czech Court Case was dropped.

Now Godaddy Locked MarcRandazza.info, MarcRandazza.biz, and MarcRandazza.mobi on September 19th 2012, because Marc Randazza told them to.  Godaddy did not receive a request from WIPO, they simply did this FOR Good Buddy Marc Randazza of Randazza Legal Group.  Then on September 26th 2012, WIPO sends an email to Request that Randazza legal group properly file, amend their complaint to add MarcRandazza.info, MarcRandazza.biz, and MarcRandazza.mobi.  I do a Blog Post on this situation ..

http://www.marcrandazza.com/2012/09/godaddy-never-unlocked-domain-names.html

Then I email this blog post to Godaddy disputes, legal, and godaddy president.  WOW, just hours later I get an email from WIPO. Marc Randazza has magically added MarcRandazza.info, MarcRandazza.biz, and MarcRandazza.mobi to the complaint, and has now paid the $500 to make it official. Whew.. its official..

WOW, so why did Godaddy seize my Domain Names on the 19th of September. See today is September 27th, and I just got this from WIPO confirmin that TODAY the Names are Now Added to the Marc Randazza case.

**********

This one is particularly Interesting, as WIPO Emailed me Soon After. So if you look at this persons emails, looks like they contacted Marc Randazza right away so Marc Randazza could get his WIPO Complaint paid for and filed properly.  SEE Godaddy LOCKED Domain Names long before WIPO Acknowledged receiving a Complaint on Domain Names.

Marc Randazza has a Godaddy Insider who helps him steal names and get around rule, I have an email he sent someone in this regard, and notes from a Phone Call on who this Godaddy Person Is. I posted it on the Philly Law Blog months ago. Still Godaddy Favors First Amendment Attorney Marc Randazza over the rights of Godaddy Customers.

More links on this Very Important Issue. Godaddy is Violating the Rights of Domain Owners to Favor, Protect a First Amendment Attorney who is breaking the law, and playing outside of the UDRP Rules.
